nWe’re Hiring: Retail Sales Executive at TrueKnot
nTrueKnot is looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at our luxury rugs and carpets showroom on MG Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi.
nWe’re looking for someone who understands premium retail, enjoys interacting with customers, and can help clients find the right rug for their space.
n
nRole: Retail Sales Executive
nExperience: 2+ years in retail sales
nSalary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience
nLocation: MG Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi
nWorking Days: 6 days a week
nTimings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirementsn
- Present and explain our collection of rugs and carpetsn
- Assist customers with sizes,



styles, colours and product selectionn
- Follow up with prospective customers and enquiriesn
- Build robust relationships with customers, interior designers and architectsn
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure a premium showroom experiencen
- Support the team in achieving sales targetsn

nWhat We’re Looking For:
n
- n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail salesn
- Strong communication and customer-handling skillsn
- Comfortable working in a premium/luxury retail environmentn
- Well-presented, proactive and sales-orientedn
- Prior experience in carpets, rugs, home furnishings, furniture or interior products is preferredn
- Experience specifically in the carpets/rugs industry will be a strong advantagen
