The role:

Workday Functional Consultant

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Workday configurations.
- Design and configure Workday business processes, Reports, Security etc. to meet business needs.
- Expertise in Core HCM and Basic Knowledge in atleast 2 other Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent or Recruiting.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Workday.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionality, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth integration with other systems and applications.
