Job Responsibilities:

- You analyze business and technical needs, translating processes into practice using the current Information Technology toolsets.
- You implement new solutions through configuration and the creation of functional specifications, facilitating solution realization.
- You conduct full integration testing of new or changed business/technical processes, and develop business/technical cycle tests for use by stakeholders. You document all process changes and share relevant knowledge with stakeholders.
- You troubleshoot, investigate, and persist in finding solutions to problems with unknown causes, where precedents do not exist, by applying logic, inference, creativity, and initiative.
- You provide cross-functional support and maintenance for the responsible business/technical areas.
- You conduct cost/benefit analyses by evaluating alternative design approaches to determine the best-balanced solution. The best-balanced solution satisfies immediate stakeholder needs, meets system requirements,



and facilitates subsequent change.
- You assume a leadership role in small initiatives, playing the key contributor, facilitator, or group lead.

Qualifications:

- You hold a Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or, in lieu of a degree, have 9 years of IT experience.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP.
- You possess techno-functional knowledge of SAP IT applications in the relevant business area.
- You have the ability to understand business processes and needs, delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to the business.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of English.
- You have solid solution design capabilities across functions and applications.
- You are able to work flexible schedule as required for special occasions.
