As part of our Contract Logistics team, you will play a key role in delivering Customer and Operational Excellence through your expertise in Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) and Transport Management Solutions (TMS) at the site level.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to provide professional solutions in warehouse management (WMS) and/or transport management (TMS), working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal system implementation and ongoing operational success.

Your Responsibilities

- Warehouse Tender Support: Assist in supporting warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems.
- Customer Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze customer needs and provide the most effective solutions.
- System Configurations & Testing: Support information systems (IS) application configurations, EDI, testing, and training, and contribute to go-live activities.
- Application Support: Provide ongoing support for applications in existing operations, driving continuous improvement and innovation concepts.





Your Skills and Experiences

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and integration (EDI/API), along with testing and go-live activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Logistics or supply chain operations experience is highly preferred.
