Purpose of the role : The primary purpose of this role is to drive student enrolments, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement across institutions, schools, and recruitment partners within the assigned region.

nESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED AND QUALIFICATIONS

nQualifications: Master's degree from a recognized university.
nExperience:6 to 8 years of relevant experience in international education, student recruitment, business
ndevelopment, partnerships, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of institutional engagement, school outreach, and recruitment partner ecosystems.n
- Demonstrated ability to achieve enrolment, conversion,

- Sound knowledge of international admissions processes, application management, visa requirements, and compliance standards.n
- Strong market awareness with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive business growth.n
- Experience in planning and executing recruitment activities including school fairs, institutional presentations, webinars, workshops, and conversion campaigns.n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.n
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.n
- Ability to analyse data, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.n
