nResponsibilities

- n
- Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models for buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and other construction projects.n
- Create and modify 3D models of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, trusses, and steel structures.n
- Hands on experience in reinforcement modelling and detailing.n
- Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.n
- Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines.n
- Perform model quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans.n




- Participate in clash detection and model coordination meetings.n
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.n
- Support engineers in preparing design deliverables and project documentation.n
- Maintain model version control and project data management.n
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.n
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.n
- Assist in implementing BIM workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.n

nQualifications
n3 – 10 years of experience in structural BIM modelling.
nExperience working on residential, commercial, industrial.
nFamiliarity with structural drawings and construction documentation.
nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
