ACME Advertising Co. is looking for a target-driven Business Development & Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team in Delhi. If you excel at closing high-value corporate deals, nurturing client relationships, and planning impactful campaigns across Outdoor (OOH), Transit Media, and BTL Activations, this is your opportunity to work with leading brands.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growthn

- Identify and acquire corporate clients across key sectors: Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, Automobile, Healthcare, BFSI, Education, and Hospitality.n
- Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.n
- Conduct client presentations, lead negotiations, and close high-value advertising deals to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.n

2. Client Servicing & Account Managementn
- n
- Build and retain long-term relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and corporate decision-makers.n
- Coordinate directly with internal planning, operations,



and execution teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout.n
- Expand account value by upselling and cross-selling additional media solutions.n

3. Media Planning & Strategic Consultingn
- n
- Prepare customized media plans, cost estimates, pitch presentations, and tailored proposals.n
- Recommend effective OOH, Transit Media, and BTL solutions that align with client marketing objectives and budgets.n

Requirements & Qualificationsn
- n
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Servicing (prior experience in an OOH Media, BTL Agency, Transit Media, or Advertising Agency workplace is strongly preferred).n
- Skills: Excellent communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.n
- Mindset: Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling enterprise accounts independently.n
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM platforms.n
