nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a creative, proactive and technology-friendly Junior Social Media & AI Content Executive.
nThe candidate will work under the guidance of a senior team member and execute approved social media strategies. The role involves content research, AI-assisted content creation, basic designing, publishing and daily management of company and client social media accounts.
nThis position is suitable for an intern, fresher or candidate with up to one year of experience who is willing to learn, follow instructions and consistently deliver quality work.

nKey Responsibilities

- Research industry trends, competitors and trending content formatsn
- Generate content ideas using ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI toolsn




- Write captions, hooks, post copy and short-form video scriptsn
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendarsn
- Create basic social media posts, stories and carousels using Canvan
- Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platformsn
- Schedule and publish approved contentn
- Coordinate with video editors and designers for Reels and creativesn
- Maintain the approved brand tone and visual consistencyn
- Monitor comments, messages and daily account activityn
- Support routine community engagementn
- Repurpose existing content into different formatsn
- Review, edit and humanise AI-generated content before publishingn
- Maintain organised content folders, trackers and publishing recordsn
- Prepare basic monthly social media performance reportsn
- Implement feedback and revisions within the given timelinesn
