N n Experience:
N - Senior Accountant: 5+ Years
N Key Responsibilities N n - Cash Flow Statement Preparation & Analysis
N - Project Analysis & Viability Analysis
N - Manage end-to-end accounting & financial operations
N - Handle GST, TDS, IncomeTax & statutory compliances
N - Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet & financial reports
N - Manage project-wise accounting, expenses, receivables & payables
N - Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments & customer receipts
N - Monitor project budgets, expenses & financial transactions
N - Ensure timely monthly &annual; account closing
N - Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



banks & financial institutions
N Candidate Requirements N n - Robust knowledge of accounting, finance & taxation
N - Experience in project accounting and financial reporting
N - Proficiency in MS Excel& accounting/ERP software
N - Strong analytical and financial management skills
N - Ability to independently manage accounting operations
N - Real estate industry experience preferred
