nJob Summary;
nWe are seeking an experienced Sales & Use Tax Accountant to support and manage U.S. multistate sales and use tax engagements, including audit defense, refund recovery, tax research, and tax savings initiatives.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage sales & use tax audit defense and refund recovery engagements.n
- Analyze sales, purchase, and fixed asset transactions for taxability, overpayments, and potential exposures.n
- Reconcile sales & use tax accounts with the General Ledger and transaction reports.n
- Conduct multistate sales & use tax research and support audits, refund claims, and interactions with taxing authorities.n
- Manage multiple client engagements, timelines, and deliverables.n
- Work with SAP, Oracle,



Excel, and other systems to analyze large datasets and improve tax reporting processes.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.n
- 3+ years of U.S. multistate Sales & Use Tax experience.n
- Experience with sales tax audits, refund claims, tax research, and state/local taxing authorities.n
- Strong accounting, analytical, and reconciliation skills.n
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and large-data analysis.n
- Solid communication, organization, and project management skills.n
