Role Description:-
The Sr. Manager – Marketing & Communication will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance IMS Unison University’s brand visibility, student outreach, and stakeholder engagement. This full-time on-site role, based in Dehradun, involves planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline communication channels,



and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing marketing collateral and coordinating events and outreach initiatives with internal departments. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, ensuring timely project delivery, managing external agencies or vendors, and providing strategic inputs to senior leadership on brand positioning and communication plans.

Qualifications:-
MBA in Marketing / Communications or equivalent from a reputed Institution.
Minimum 5-8 years in progressive marketing roles in the education sector or a similar sector.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, CMS, and email automation tools
Solid analytical skills to interpret campaign data, measure impact, and optimize strategies based on insights.
