Role Description The Corporate Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for generating new corporate business and managing existing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals that align with client needs. The role involves maintaining regular communication with corporate customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Corporate Sales Executive will follow up on leads, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues and clients to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

Strong Corporate Sales and Sales skills,



with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B setting.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Account Management, with experience handling multiple corporate clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive client experience.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in real estate, corporate solutions, or related industries is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong negotiation, time management, and basic CRM or sales software proficiency.
