Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Excavator Operator role based in Kalyan. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for safely operating excavators and related heavy equipment for earthmoving,



trenching, site preparation, and material handling on construction and infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include interpreting site plans, following supervisor instructions, positioning equipment accurately, performing routine pre-start checks, and monitoring equipment performance during operations. The role involves coordinating with site supervisors and other crew members to maintain productivity, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental guidelines, and reporting any hazards or equipment issues promptly. The individual will also assist with basic housekeeping around the work area, support loading and unloading activities, and adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
