Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time,



on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations at Just Education Global Pvt. Ltd. This role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, coordinating recruitment activities, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist will handle employee records, assist with performance management processes, and respond to HR-related queries from team members.
