FoxScan is growing, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who doesn't just fill seats but owns hiring outcomes end-to-end.

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple open roles simultaneously
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates against real hiring bars not just keyword matches
Coordinate directly with hiring managers and close feedback loops fast
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions
Deliver a hiring TAT the business can rely on
Ensure every candidate hired or not walks away with a clean, respectful experience

What you bring:

2+ years of hands-on, end-to-end TA experience (not just scheduling/coordination)




Comfortable working at high call and candidate volume in a quick-paced environment
Proven ability to independently manage 10+ open requisitions at once
Strong stakeholder management confident enough to push back on a hiring manager's shortlist feedback when it's warranted
Structured, data-driven approach ATS/HRMS proficiency, tracking, reporting
