Role Description The Fashion Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Fashion Designer will develop seasonal collections, create detailed designs and sketches, and collaborate with production teams to translate concepts into finished garments. Daily responsibilities include selecting appropriate textiles, planning embroidery and embellishments, overseeing fittings,



and ensuring that final pieces meet quality and aesthetic standards. The role involves coordinating with pattern makers and tailors, reviewing samples, and making adjustments to achieve the desired fit and style. The Fashion Designer will also monitor market trends, support merchandising decisions, and maintain design documentation for internal and client use.
Qualifications
Strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
Experience with Textiles, including fabric selection, properties, and suitability for different garment types.
Proficiency in Embroidery design and application, including placement, motifs, and coordination with overall garment aesthetics.
Knowledge of Fitting, garment construction, and the ability to work with pattern makers and tailors to refine fit and silhouette.
