Job Summary:

A 3 D Designer is responsible for creating realistic 3 D models, renderings, and visual presentations for interior and furniture projects. The role involves transforming concepts into visually appealing designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3 D models and realistic renderings based on client requirements.

• Develop 3 D interior and furniture designs using software such as Sketch Up, Auto CAD, Photoshop and Enscape or similar tools.

• Convert 2 D drawings and concepts into detailed 3 D visualizations.

• Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, and clients to understand design requirements.

• Prepare mood boards, material presentations, and design concepts.

• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Ensure design accuracy, aesthetics, and timely project delivery.





• Maintain organized design files and project documentation.

• Coordinate with the web development team to ensure timely website updates and content maintenance. • Monitor and follow up on website changes, updates, and enhancements with the web development team.

• Ensure all website content, product information, and company details are updated accurately in coordination with the web development team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Sketch Up, Auto CAD, Photoshop and Enscape or similar software.

• Good understanding of interior design, furniture design, materials, and space planning.

• Strong visualization and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3 D designing and rendering.
