Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase room bookings, event business, and overall revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate and travel agency relationships, coordinating promotional campaigns, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role involves collaborating with front office and operations teams to ensure a consistent guest experience,



preparing sales reports and forecasts, and managing digital and offline marketing activities. The Sales Marketing Manager will also participate in client meetings, hotel site visits, and local networking events to strengthen the hotel’s market presence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and account management to build and maintain business partnerships.
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, including digital campaigns, social media initiatives, and local promotional activities.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic CRM or hotel management systems to track leads, bookings, and performance data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with corporate
