? Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
Install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Manage support tickets and document issue resolutions
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
Support AV equipment for meetings and events
Coordinate with clients and vendors for technical requirements
Handle onsite installation, configuration and testing of Eventech solutions
Assist with user training and IT infrastructure support
? Qualification: Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
