About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day property operations across a residential and commercial.
The Senior Property Manager will oversee the property management function, including direct supervision of an Assistant Property Manager and coordination with vendors, tenants, contractors, and internal financial resources. This role requires a highly experienced property management professional who can exercise sound judgment, independently resolve operational issues, maintain robust tenant and vendor relationships, and ensure that property-related matters move efficiently from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will substantially reduce the need for ownership or senior leadership to manage routine property operations by taking accountability for maintenance, leasing, tenant matters, inspections, vendors, compliance, lease administration, documentation, and operational deadlines.
