RK Road Transport Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial truck fleet.
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or other relevant qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in truck/heavy commercial vehicle maintenance, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Minimize truck breakdowns and vehicle downtime.
Manage mechanics and workshop teams.
Coordinate with spare-parts suppliers and maintenance vendors.
Control maintenance costs and budgets.
Ensure vehicle fitness, PUC and statutory compliance.
Improve overall fleet uptime and maintenance efficiency.
