Purpose
The Real Estate team is the foundation of the entire business and is responsible to devise and executing the business’s expansion strategy and delivering the entire portfolio rollout as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).





The role will entail leading all the supply acquisition transactions, including market research, technical due diligence, all financial analysis, legal diligence, commercial negotiations, deal management, and closure pertaining to We Work's expansion.

The position is responsible for facilitating all actions required for the professional management of We Work's leasing pipeline and portfolio across all regions and territories. As a leader of the real estate team, this role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, real estate portfolio management, commercial and legal negotiation, and stakeholder management.
