About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels for women’s ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and online sales operations within the fashion/apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho, Nykaa Fashion and other relevant platforms.
* Create, update and optimize product listings including product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, pricing, size charts and images.
* Coordinate with the Design, Merchandising, Production, Warehouse and Sales teams for smooth online product availability.
* Manage the complete order processing cycle, including order confirmation,



packing, dispatch, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
* Monitor marketplace inventory and ensure stock availability and accurate inventory updates.
* Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize cancellations.
* Monitor returns, RTO, customer complaints and refunds, and take corrective actions to improve operational performance.
* Track marketplace sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations and other key performance indicators.
* Prepare regular MIS and sales reports for management.
* Assist in implementing online promotions, discounts, offers and campaign activities.
* Coordinate with marketplace account managers regarding promotions, catalog issues, pricing, payments and operational concerns.
* Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, recent launches and customer preferences in the women’s ethnic wear segment.
