As the Director – Enterprise Sales, you will own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, from identifying target accounts and generating opportunities to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
You will work closely with senior business leaders and enterprise decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position relevant technology and SaaS solutions. The role involves building a predictable sales pipeline, developing strategic accounts, maintaining accurate forecasts, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and create strong value propositions for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire high-value enterprise accounts across North India.




Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and senior business stakeholders.
Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and technology requirements.
Position and sell enterprise SaaS, AI, customer experience, CRM, and related technology solutions.
Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
Build and maintain a healthy, predictable enterprise sales pipeline.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, booking, and business development targets.
Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiations, pricing conversations, and deal structuring.
Work with Pre-Sales and Product teams to create customized solution proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term
