Role Description The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of insurance clients, ensuring high levels of service, retention, and satisfaction. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, the individual will conduct needs-based assessments, recommend suitable insurance products, and handle policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. The role includes regular communication with clients, responding to queries,



coordinating with internal teams and insurers, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The Account Manager will track client accounts, follow up on premiums and documentation, support claim processes, and contribute to awareness and education initiatives aligned with the company’s mission. The position also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while maintaining ethical, transparent practices.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain long-term qualified relationships.
Experience in insurance advisory or sales, with the ability to perform needs-based analysis and recommend suitable products across life, health, and general insurance.
