Role Description:-
This is a full-time, in office HR Officer role based at the IMS Unison University campus in Dehradun. The HR Officer will manage core HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.



The position requires close coordination with senior University authorities to implement HR strategies that reinforce an inclusive, engaging, and performance-oriented work culture.

Qualifications:-
Postgraduate in HR or related field from a reputed institution.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling HR operations, preferably in the education sector.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR), with experience in core HR operations in an academic or corporate setting.
Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
Proficiency in HR information systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
