Job Description

In this role you will have the chance to manage and deliver fundraising activity, with a particular focus on growing income from Individual Giving. From delivering a refresh of our Individual Giving programme, running events alongside our artistic programming to cultivating new relationships with Major Donors - you’ll play a vital role in sustaining and growing our impact.

Alongside this, the Development Manager will also fundraise from Corporations, Trusts and Foundations line-manage the Development Coordinator and act as Secretary for our Development Committee.

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about purposeful fundraising in the creative sector and can take the lead in a small ambitious team. A hands-on role which requires robust communication, organisational and leadership skills.
