Role Description The Area Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Rishikesh, overseeing the operations and guest experience across assigned properties. This role includes managing day-to-day villa and homestay operations,



coordinating with caretakers and in-house chefs, and ensuring that each property meets Qintara Living’s standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. The Area Lead will monitor occupancy and revenue performance, support sales initiatives, and handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities also include training and guiding on-ground staff, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with owners and management on property upkeep and enhancements. The Area Lead will represent Qintara Living’s brand values in all interactions, ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience for guests.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with guests, property owners, and on-ground teams.
Proficient analytical skills to review operational performance, occupancy data, and guest feedback for continuous improvement.
