Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Kolkata. The BDM will identify and qualify new business opportunities in government and corporate sectors,



build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for ArMee Infotech’s IT and digital transformation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating solution proposals with technical and delivery teams, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies, as well as maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports. The BDM will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementations and customer satisfaction.
