* Optimum use of fraud monitoring system/tools
* Monitoring of transactions & alerts online / real time for fraud detection
and prevention.
* Out calling the cardholders on real time for confirmation of transactions &
blocking the card instantly.
* Preparation of various MIS which includes updating of daily tracker,
collation of monthly MIS, Team activity MIS.
* Act on mails send by branches.

Skills Requirement:

* Fresher/Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role
* Graduate with valuable academics
* Good communication & interaction skills
* Logical and analytical skills
* Knowledge of MS-Office, preference for excel
