Job Role: Virtual Relationship Officer
Job Locations : Mumbai-Goregaon & Recent Delhi
Minimum Experience : Freshers - Graduate, Post Graduate or 1-2 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities :
NJ Wealth Channel :
1. Identify UMs/ BMs/ Express/ AMs in the assigned list that are lagging on the business growth curve
2. Identify potential NJ Wealth partners who can be enrolled for Loan Against Securities (LAS) & Consumer Loan(CL) businesses
3.
Work closely with the assigned list of UMs/ BMs/ Express/ AMs to grow the LAS and CL business by active engagement over phone.
4. Reach out, train, enroll, and handhold new NJ Wealth partners for LAS and CL (for at least 2-3 loans) with the help of UMs/ BMs/ Express/ AMs. This will involve doing online video training.
5. This includes coaching them on difference between Term Loan and flexi Loan.
6. Maintain relationship with the Partners in assigned branches.
7. Where necessary, fix an appointment for the Team Leader for an in-person meeting
Mutual Fund Distributors (MFD) Channel :
1. Update the provided MFD list with current contact details and AUM numbers
2. Call the MFDs to persuade them to commence LAS with NJ Capital (if they aren't already doing so or are using a competitor).
3. Encourage them to join a video call/ video training session where product details and commercials can be explained.
4. Enroll and handhold newly registered
