Role Description The Client Advisor – Freshers role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Client Advisor will interact with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements,



and guide them in selecting suitable tile products that match their preferences and project needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, handling queries, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and supporting after-sales follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to process orders, addressing basic insurance-related queries where relevant, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Client Advisor will be expected to represent Trove’s values in every interaction, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
