Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions at Sanvit Automotives. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will handle performance management cycles,



support learning and development initiatives, and implement engagement and retention strategies. Day-to-day activities involve coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders, resolving employee queries and grievances, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with dealership management to build a positive, inclusive work culture that supports operational excellence and customer-focused service.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in recruitment, selection, and onboarding, including job profiling, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
Experience in HR operations such as employee records management, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to implement and update policies as required.
