Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Consultant role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.



The Sales Consultant will engage with walk-in and referred customers at showrooms, understand their mobility needs, and recommend suitable Mahindra personal and commercial vehicles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining features and pricing, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through finance, insurance, and exchange options. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for vehicle delivery and accessories, and maintaining accurate customer and sales documentation. The Sales Consultant will also focus on post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
