Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience: 3–5 years in US IT Recruitment

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.

• Source and engage candidates through Dice, Linked In Recruiter/RPS, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.

• Work on W2, C2 C, and full-time IT requirements.

• Screen technical candidates based on client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and candidate communication.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.

• Build a strong pipeline for Software, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ERP roles.

What we’re looking for:





• 3–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.

• Strong experience using Dice and Linked In Recruiter/RPS.

• Good understanding of US staffing, tax terms, and employment types: W2, C2 C, and full-time.

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, Job Diva, Zoho Recruit, or similar tools.

• Robust sourcing, Boolean search, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners is preferred.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
