Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects, with a robust focus on brand building, lead generation and campaign efficiency. The role requires cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision-making and consistent optimization of marketing performance across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute GTM strategies for project launches
Define target audience personas and media mix aligned to business goals
Campaign Execution
Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground channels
Oversee marketing collaterals, social media and launch readiness
Performance & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance across funnel stages
Share actionable weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders
Budget & ROI Management
Plan and manage budgets across channels
Optimize spends to maximize efficiency and ROI
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
