Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented BDE / Sales Executive to support our business development and project sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to build a career in B2B/project sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, references and market visits.
- Identify and develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, PMCs, developers and other project stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable product solutions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations to support order conversion.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify upcoming construction and building projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Update sales activities, leads, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM/ reporting system.
- Coordinate with technical, design and execution teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors and project opportunities.
Eligibility & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business / Management preferred.
- Candidates from Elevator/Lift, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate or Building Solutions industries will be preferred.
- Interest in developing a career in B2B / Project Sales.
