Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will design, implement, and oversee CSR strategies and programs that align with IHIRM’s mission and values. This full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division involves coordinating CSR initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and monitoring project outcomes to ensure measurable social and environmental impact. The CSR Manager will collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR practices into training programs,



employee engagement activities, and community partnerships. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing reports and presentations, engaging external partners, organizing events and campaigns, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and best practices.
