About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly communicative person to join our team for the US shift. This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with the founders and help manage parent communication,



student feedback, operations, hiring support, and some social media activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, can speak and write well in English, and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with parents of enrolled students and collect feedback/reviews.
Maintain regular communication with parents to understand their experience and concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and class operations.
Assist the founders/team in day-to-day operational tasks.
Maintain records, updates, and follow-ups in a structured manner.

Who We Are Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Smart, confident, and quick learner.
Comfortable working in the night shift: 8 PM to 6 AM IST.
Positive at handling conversations professionally.
Organized and able to manage follow-ups properly.
