About us
Argus Fintech builds AdviceSahi, an AI-powered platform for IRDAI-licensed life insurance advisors in India. Advisors use it to generate data-backed financial reports, manage clients, and convert prospects — work that today is done manually, inconsistently, or not at all.
We are incubated at IIM Kozhikode LIVE. The web platform is live at dash.advicesahi.com, the Android app is in final development, and we are onboarding advisors across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Delhi NCR.
We are small, early, and moving fast.
The role
You will own product and engineering end to end.
Not "lead a squad within a larger org" — own it. What gets built, how it gets built, whether it ships, and whether it works once it does. Today that responsibility sits with the founder. It should sit with you.
What you'll be responsible for:
The full product surface: the advisor platform,



the internal employee portal, and the Android app
Translating business problems into product decisions, then into shipped software
Architecture, code quality, database design, security and performance
Running and mentoring a team of interns — reviewing their work, setting standards, making them useful faster than they'd get there alone
Release management: what ships, when, and what happens when something breaks in production
Working directly with the founder on roadmap, and directly with our BD team on what advisors actually need
Current stack: Next.js, Supabase (Postgres), Vercel, React Native for mobile. Anthropic APIs for the AI layer. You will inherit real production code with real users on it.
Who we're looking for
Must have:
2–5 years building and shipping web products, with real ownership of at least one thing that went to production and stayed there
Strong hands-on engineering — you write
