Role Description The Back Office – Audio Transcription role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. In this role, you will listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe them into written text, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and formatting.



You will organize and maintain digital records, update internal systems, and support back office operations related to documentation and data entry. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to clarify content, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure that all transcripts meet quality and turnaround time standards. You may also assist with basic customer service follow-ups via email, support finance or sales documentation processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of transcription workflows.
Qualifications
Strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation management, and record-keeping.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clarifying audio content when needed.
