Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Surat and will focus on building effective HR policies, managing attendance and payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations. The HR Manager will support workforce planning for retail and wholesale operations, coordinate training and development initiatives, and promote a positive,



inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities include resolving employee queries, partnering with management on staffing needs, maintaining HR records, and contributing to organizational development projects.
