Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mussoorie, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction and renovation projects for Checkmate’s properties. This role involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and sustainability goals.



Daily tasks include managing project schedules, monitoring site activities, reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations and safety protocols. The Construction Project Manager will track budgets and costs, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also includes close collaboration with hospitality operations teams to ensure that construction outcomes align with guest experience and brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong project oversight skills, including Construction Project Management and Construction Management to lead end-to-end property development and renovation.
Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination to manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional communication.
