WE’RE HIRING | US TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Rama Talkies, Visakhapatnam
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday – Friday
US Time Zone / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/prospects in the US market.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively present products/services.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/sales reports.
- Follow sales scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Work according to US business hours and adapt to the US market.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
- Target-oriented with a positive and competitive attitude.




- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in US telesales, international BPO, inside sales, or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
