Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Type: Full-Time (Rotational 6 Days a Week)

We’re now looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Tiruppur.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment:
Process daily orders from Shopify and multiple marketplaces (Myntra, FirstCry, etc.).
Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch while meeting SLAs.
Inventory Management:
Maintain real-time stock accuracy across channels.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Team Supervision:
Manage and motivate warehouse staff for productive daily operations.
Assign tasks and ensure accountability in the team.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for speed and accuracy.
Ensure protected and clean working conditions at all times.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare basic reports in Excel for inventory, dispatch status, and order metrics.
Track and report KPIs related to warehouse performance.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
Proficiency in Excel and basic warehouse management software like Unicommerce or EasyEcom
Hands-on experience with Shopify and major marketplaces (Myntra, FirstCry, etc.).
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Understanding of fulfillment SLAs and ability to work under pressure.
