Responsibilities

Develop and execute Pan-India channel sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
Own sales targets, forecasting and overall retail business performance.
Expand and strengthen the dealer,



distributor and channel partner network across India.
Lead, mentor and drive performance of the national sales team.
Drive product and segment development to achieve sustainable sales growth.
Monitor market trends, competition and customer insights to identify recent business opportunities.
Manage distributor performance, inventory, ROI, claims and commercial effectiveness.
Drive dealer, retailer, contractor and influencer loyalty & engagement programs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams for seamless business operations.
Review sales MIS and provide strategic business insights to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and applicable statutory requirements.
