Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical examinations, documenting findings, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on exercises, posture,



injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals within Bridge Health’s integrated network. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to health promotion initiatives and may participate in preventive screening programs and digital follow-up sessions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, and development of individualized treatment plans.
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols for acute, chronic, and post-surgical conditions.
Ability to educate patients and families on home exercise programs, ergonomics, posture, and preventive strategies.
Competence in clinical documentation, use of electronic health records, and basic digital communication tools.
