We are looking for a highly skilled SDE3 - Golang Engineer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our FinTech / Trading platforms. You will work on low-latency systems, real-time data processing, and mission-critical financial applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop highly scalable backend systems using Golang.
Build low-latency, high-throughput services for trading and financial transactions.
Work on real-time data streaming, order management systems, and trading engines.
Collaborate with product, quant, and frontend teams to deliver robust solutions.
Optimize performance, reliability, and system efficiency.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.





Requirements

5-9 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Golang (must-have).
Experience with microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs.
Hands-on experience with high-performance systems and concurrency.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL like Redis, Cassandra).
Familiarity with message queues / streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
