Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida, supporting a toys manufacturing operation. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and preparing vouchers and invoices. The role involves monitoring inventory-related costs, tracking production expenses,



and assisting with costing and margin analysis specific to toy manufacturing. The Accountant will prepare monthly and annual financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and taxation requirements. The position also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems), MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
Understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and reconciliation processes relevant to production and stock management.
Familiarity with taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements applicable to businesses in India.
