Job Title: Senior Implementation Analyst Experience: 6+ years Key Responsibilities:• Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, andensure accurate system configurations and rule setups• Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements• Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshootconfiguration issues during implementation and post go-live• Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customersuccess, and support to drive smooth implementations• Identify and escalate risks, resolve issues proactively,



and communicate statusupdates to stakeholders regularly• Foster solid client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities forupselling or expansion Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field• Hands-on experience in implementations of Saa S products, preferably in healthcareor healthtech sectors• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service• Willingness to work overlapping time zones Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR)If interested, Please share your resume to sakthi.gunasekaran@
